How small are your groups?

Maximum 12 people per tour — always. We never do large coach-style groups. Most tours run with 4–8 people, which means a genuinely personal experience.

Can I book a private tour?

Yes. All our tours are available as private experiences for couples, families, or corporate groups. Send us a message and we'll put together a custom proposal.

What languages do you offer?

All tours are available in English and French. Tell us your preference when booking — your guide will lead the entire tour in that language.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. After that, we'll do our best to reschedule. Ticket cancellation policies vary by attraction.

Are the tours suitable for children?

Absolutely. Our tours are gently paced and work wonderfully for families. Children under 12 join for free on most tours — just mention them when booking.

How do I receive my tickets?

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. Your e-ticket or meeting point details arrive within a few hours. Always check your spam folder first.
